Getting to Gili Trawangan by sea and air has become very easy in the last few years. Several fast boats run daily from Bali to Gili Trawangan, with the journey taking around 2 hours. Flights can be booked to Lombok from Bali, Jakarta, Surabaya and direct international flights from Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

If you choose to travel from Bali by fast boat, there are plenty of options. You can travel from either the south of Bali in about 2.5 hours or from Padangbai in about 1.5 from the harbour straight onto Gili T’s main beach area. We can book your tickets for you, just sent us an e-mail for information and details.

Once you land in Gili T harbour you can get yourself a horse cart to Karma Kayak. This is the local from of transportation on the Gili’s and known as the local “taxi”. They normally carry up to a maximum of 3 people and their luggage, should you travel light.
